How can videos help with social media engagement?
More people are inclined to interact with videos than normal photos/content on your page, so sharing a video is a great way to keep your audience engaged for longer!

What is a corporate video?
A corporate video is any type of video that can help your business’s brand. They can range from a video about your business and its mission, videos about your team and who they are, commercials, or any specific type of message you want your business to push out.
What types of businesses benefit from corporate videos?
A corporate video can be used by any type of client. We make corporate videos for hospitals, schools, lawyers, and every type of client that we serve. Don’t let the word “corporate” hinder the variety of styles and types of videos we create.
What type of content should I prepare for a corporate video?
We need to know who you are as a business, what story you are trying to convey, and what makes you unique. We want to help your audience see what sets you aside from others in your field and why they should work with/for you.
How often should I update my business’ video content?
It is important to stay on top of the changes in your company and update your content regularly. If your team and messaging are consistent and stays the same over time, it will be easier for you to make evergreen content that will have longevity. Even with consistent messaging, it is important to always be engaging your audience and pushing out different types of content. You may not have to update a video about your company and what it does very often, but consider creating content about your team or create client testimonials to emphasize the good work you do in the community.
Why should I consider a virtual event?

What goes into producing a commercial?
A lot! First, there’s pre-production. This involves script writing, finding actors, storyboarding, location scouting, and more! This is where we plan what the commercial will look like.
Next, there’s production. Once we’ve figured out how we’re shooting it, it’s time to actually shoot it. We’ll use a variety of equipment to do this such as multiple cameras and lens’s, drones, microphones, etc.. And film the commercial! Normally we’ll need someone to operate the camera, someone to operate the audio, and a producer to make sure everything is going as planned. There are also many other roles that can be quite helpful when filming, but this is the minimum.
Then there is post-production. This is where the video gets edited. We’ll color correct the footage, cut it all together and create the commercial.
How long should a commercial be?
It really depends! :30 is usually the standard for televised on-air, but we’ve made commercials of all lengths. It really depends on the final product’s placement and use.
Do I need to write the script for my commercial?
Nope! We can do that. Commercials need to have a certain flow and be the correct length, so we can help you with that!
What is a drone?
A drone is an unmanned aircraft that has the ability to fly remotely. In our industry, we attach hi-definition cameras that capture bird's eye view footage of landscapes and skylines.
Is a drone video more expensive than normal video?
Drone footage costs more because of the skills and safety that goes behind it. You must be a Part 107 licensed pilot to fly a drone for commercial use, this requires the knowledge of safety procedures and FAA regulations before flying into the airspace you wish to record.
What makes drone footage special?
Drone footage allows the viewer to experience a video that would not be possible without flying. It can show off the beauty of the earth, as well as giving perspective to giant man-made objects. It's also special because it can almost go anywhere on 3-axis which gives incredible camera moves and angles.
Why should I consider using drone footage in my video?
You should consider using drone footage to captivate your audience, these scene-setting clips could be the difference between someone watching the first 0:10 of your video, or sticking around to enjoy the whole thing.
Does ASR produce nonprofit videos at a reduced cost?
Yes! ASR understands that non-profit organizations may have limited budgets so to help tell their story and spread awareness, we offer discounted prices to help aid them in their mission.
Why should my nonprofit invest in video content?
Your nonprofit should look into creating video content because it is a great way to get the word out about your organization and what it does for the community.
How can videos support fundraising efforts?
I think having video content is a great way to aid in fundraising efforts. The videos help educate the public on why they should donate, where their dollars go to, and the other ways your organization will utilize the funds raised. When people “see” their efforts rather than just hearing about them, there could be a higher chance of them donating or offering their support.
Is there an appropriate length of time a video should last?
The length of your video will range between :30 - 3:00 depending on what you are trying to accomplish. If you want a quick :30 commercial to put on social media or play on local television programs, this would be a great “call to action” for a specific event or even just a general PSA. If you wish to go into detail and tell “your story”, an overview video that is between 2:00 - 3:30 would be a good option. It tells the story and keeps the attention of the viewer.
How can I repurpose my video?
Yes and we highly encourage this if you are able. By creating an overview video perhaps 3 minutes in length, you could create three one-minute shorts and separate it by subject, interviewee, etc. This can be used in so many ways on your website, on social media, or even in email blasts.
How often should I update my video content?
You should update your video content as you see fit. For example, if your organization changes its name, gets a new logo, changes locations, etc., these would all be big changes that the public should know about and what better way to educate them than to show them!
What is a testimonial?
Testimonials are short interviews with past clients as they share why others should support your business. Hearing from real clients as they share their personal experiences with your company encourages others to engage with your business.
How do testimonials strengthen my business?
Testimonials are a candid, genuine way to show your audience why others LOVE your company. Hearing from a real client can inspire someone who may not know about your company to reach out. They also perform really well online, and depending on the testimonial, they can be very fun and lighthearted!
Who should I ask to give a testimonial?
A testimonial can be from anyone who has had a significantly positive experience with the service or care of a company. This can be someone who had surgery from a hospital and was thrilled with the results or someone who has worked directly with a non-profit and wants to encourage others to donate or get involved.
How long should a testimonial be?
Testimonials are usually around 60-90 seconds, that way they perform better on social media platforms.
What is a motion graphic?
A motion graphic is an animation that typically brings text, logos, or infographics to life.
What must I provide for a motion graphic?
Any brand information like fonts, color palettes, company logos, and any specifics you may want to see!
How will motion graphics enhance my video?
Motion graphics add visual diversity to a project, energizing the video and keeping the audience engaged.
What steps are taken to produce a motion graphic?
The first step would be to decide what content needs to be animated. The editor then gathers any assets, color palettes, or fonts to properly brand the graphic to fit the organization and theme of the video. After that, the editor will use a program like Motion or After Effects to develop a custom motion graphic.
