ASR Media Productions Names Santana Vice President of Production & Operations

ASR Media Productions recently promoted Katie Santana to Vice President of Production & Operations. She will be the first to undertake the responsibility of the new role.

Santana joined founder-owner, Ashley Russo, in 2012 at the inception of ASR Media, as an editor. She quickly took on additional responsibilities and began to film and edit The PEAK TV, a weekly television program co-produced by ASR Media and St. Luke’s University Health Network. 

As the ASR team expanded, Santana stepped into a leadership role as Director of Photography in May of 2016.  As Director of Photography, Santana was responsible for the quality of ASR Media’s deliverables. During this time, she ran weekly production meetings and was instrumental in improving the company’s operations. 

In her new role, Santana will manage the day to day operations of the company, including effectively scheduling the production team, establishing teamwork, implementing new procedures, managing company resources, and ensuring the growth and success of ASR Media. A natural problem solver, Santana will manage technical problems, production, and client satisfaction. She will also support Russo with developing new business and overseeing the quality of ASR Media’s content.
