Katie Santana

Katie Santana is a production executive, two-time Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy® winner and 16-time nominee. As the president of ASR Media, Katie leads a team of dedicated professionals by overseeing the entire production process, from concept development to project delivery. She joined ASR Media’s team in 2012 and has since worked her way up to executive leadership.

Committed to community service, Katie volunteers for the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, River Crossing YMCA and Miller-Keystone Blood Center, and is a member of Women United of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Katie has been named a Leader of Impact in 2024 by the American Heart Association. Additionally, Lehigh Valley Business designated her to the Forty Under 40 list in 2023. She was also honored as one of the Distinguished Honorees for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, she received the Spirit of Volunteerism award in 2016 from the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, and was named one of the Finest Under Forty for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 2014.

Katie received her bachelor’s degree in television/film from DeSales University in 2012, and has been working with ASR Media ever since. She serves on the Lehigh Valley advisory board for River Crossing YMCA and Women’s Business Council. 

In her free time, Katie loves adventuring with her husband and two little ones, discovering new restaurants (because negotiating with toddlers at mealtime is a battle she’s happy to lose), and embracing the beautiful chaos of parenthood—one snack request at a time.
