Tune in to Season 20 of The PEAK TV
Join hosts Ashley Russo and Mike Mittman for the premiere episode of The PEAK TV’s 20th season on Monday, June 6 at 6:30 PM on WFMZ - Channel 69. This summer, the show continues its mission of sharing engaging stories from area nonprofits, enticing features on local businesses and communities, and heartening health journeys and advice from St. Luke’s University Health Network patients and staff. A new partnership with Discover Lehigh Valley (DLV) brings an updated PEAK at the Valley format and a new correspondent, Holly Harrar. The updated segment format will highlight one topic and feature 3 related organizations or businesses. The revamped show also features two new segments developed with St. Luke’s University Health Network. Alternating weekly, viewers can enjoy exercise tips presented by St. Luke’s trainers and learn new recipes from St. Luke’s physicians and Trolley Barn Public Market vendors.
