Fresh Season of The PEAK TV To Premiere
Season 14 of ASR Media Productions' long-running television show begins Monday, June 3 at 6:30 PM on WFMZ-TV Channel 69.
The newest season of The PEAK TV kicks off on Monday, June 3 at 6:30 PM on WFMZ-Channel 69. The premiere episode of the 14th season features: United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley's Day of Caring, Wildlands Conservancy's bike and boat adventures, stroke care with St. Luke's University Health Network's neuroscience department and Playa Bowls.
The PEAK TV is a ten-time Mid-Atlantic Emmy® nominee three-time award-winning program that shares uplifting stories about health, wellness, lifestyle and community topics. Co-hosted by Ashley Russo and Mike Mittman, The PEAK TV stories highlight people, places and organizations from the Lehigh Valley and surrounding area.

To give fans 24/7 access to the show, The PEAK TV launched a YouTube channel that is frequently updated with the latest content. "We are lucky to live in the Lehigh Valley where there is an abundance of amazing stories to share," states Katie Pressler, Associate Producer for ASR Media Productions. "We're excited to be able to share these heartwarming and informational chronicles with our community."
As a compliment to The PEAK TV programming, ASR Media recently launched a podcast, Unscripted with Russo. Hosted by Russo, she welcomes decision-makers and influencers from around the Greater Lehigh Valley area to uncover the pivotal choices they've made and personal experiences that have led to their success. Russo shares her conversations with local VIPs to find out the story behind their personal and professional accomplishments. The podcast can be found on Apple Podcast and Spotify.
The PEAK TV is dedicated to helping viewers be their best self and features contemporary and cutting-edge medical technology, ways to stay fit, community organizations, mindful and healthy living, giving back, and much more. In every episode, the PEAK at the Valley segment spotlights historical, unique and memorable locations around the region. Volunteer Spotlight introduces individuals and families who are making a real difference.
