After graduating from Northampton Community College with an associate’s degree in General Studies in 2015, Ethan Arner knew his heart belonged to visual storytelling. He aimed to improve his writing and production skills while earning his B.A. in television/film from DeSales University. While there, he produced various short films, including his senior thesis titled “Copyright” directed by none other than #ASRMedia’s Senior Editor, Dakota.
Upon his 2018 graduation, Ethan pursued a job behind the camera as a photographer, videographer, and editor. His two-year position with a real estate marketing firm deepened his appreciation for editing. He freelanced as an associate producer, camera operator, and editor for a year to expand his storytelling portfolio. Ethan joined the ASR team in June 2021 as lead camera, and he is thrilled to amplify clients’ voices and share their messages in impactful and authentic ways. Most recently, Ethan became the winner of a Mid-Atlantic Emmy®.
When Ethan isn’t looking through the lens, he’s taking day trips to New York City or Philadelphia, cheering on a Philly sports team (#GoBirds), kicking around a soccer ball, or bowling with his dad.
